Prism: (NSA Surveillance Program)

        By looking from the point of view of the government I can see why they would create a program such as Prism. Events leading to chaos usually happen without any warning and always from the unexpected. The solution that the government came up with in order to solve this issue was this program..Prism. Prism is a program that basically, records everything posted on the internet. It doesn't matter whether or not you're a criminal or an innocent civilian. Whatever you post will be recorded no matter if you delete it or not. Why do you ask? In order to catch a crisis before it can cause harm.

        This effects me because I need to be careful about what i post on social medias. Even though I may be joking when I tweet about saying "I'm going to blow up my school" the government doesn't know that. The government will react seriously and take action in order to stop this from happening. 

        Now, should the government only narrow their recording to those with criminal records? I do not believe they should. Why? Because those people with criminal records were once "innocent" civilians. Honestly, I am not 100% okay with the government watching everything I do on the internet but if it will help keep the people of this country safe than I can deal with it. Besides, I have nothing to hide anyways.
