Vintage Definition

To me vintage means something outta the ordinary. Something that would catch your eye when place into a group of things. USually vintages posters consists of darker colors such as brown, but I've seen many vintage posters that dealt with lighter colors. In both situations both light and dark color vintage posters had a old look to them. A look to where they were made over 20 years ago.

The reason i chose this vintage poster is because of the collection of dark colors and light colors, how each are benefiting the other. How the dark colors lay upon the light colors in order to make the dark images "pop" out more. Another thing i liked is that both the carriers are different colors, and the closer one is darker than the farther one. This helps show the difference in them, that they aren't right next to eachother. These aspects are why this image caught my eye.
